charity project, mohair shawl

with items i do/remake for forest farm for the Christmas bazaar, they also give me projects that are half made. this one uses a trendsetter jupiter yarn. it's got mohair and other blends and sells for 7.50, from a store in ca. very expensive for just a small chunk of yarn.

looks like one started to make a shawl. but it's in 2 different sections. thought i'd just work and finish one and make it longer with yarn left and add other section later. it's got chunks of bright colored yarn among the black.

and these two pictures, taken outside

this is a reversable shawl

charity project

got some yarn and unfinished projects from forest farm and put them together to make pocket scarves. i've also donated a few items for their christmas bazaar.

the pattern was also included for these. i just had to stitch up the end pieces to make the pocket.

these are animal blankets for diane to bring to potter animal shelter. they provide yarn for this.
